  • At PulseMark, pulse refers to market demand — the rhythm of what audiences search for, discuss online, and show intent to buy. We read search volume shifts, social conversation themes, review language, and competitive share-of-voice to understand whether a category is gaining or losing momentum.

We are not a health, wellness, or insurance company. PulseMark does not monitor heart rates, provide medical diagnostics, sell fitness trackers, or assess insurance risk. Our name is a metaphor for reading market signals. If you are looking for healthcare services, please consult a qualified medical professional. We mention this explicitly because precise language matters to us — both in our clients' marketing and in how we describe our own work.

  • A demand review is a structured half-day session — in person at our Jalan Sultan office or over video. Before the session, we pull initial signal data for your category: search intent clusters, social conversation themes, review language, and competitor messaging. During the session, we walk through the findings with your team, identify the questions your market is actually asking, and highlight gaps between your current messaging and audience language.

You leave with a written reading document — typically eight to twelve pages — that frames the two or three strategic questions your next campaign should answer. There is no obligation to proceed with a retainer. Many clients use the reading to refine an internal brief before engaging any agency.

  • Most agencies start with channels: pick Google, Meta, or programmatic, set a budget, and build from there. We start with listening. Every engagement follows Listen → Frame → Run → Read — demand mapping before media planning, and re-reading after execution. We will tell you if the signal does not support a proposed spend, even if that means a smaller engagement for us.

We are also deliberately small. Senior strategists lead every engagement through execution — not just the pitch. There is no handoff to a junior team after signing.

  • We work across B2B SaaS, consumer brands, professional services, e-commerce, and regional headquarters teams entering ASEAN markets. Our methodology is category-agnostic — demand reading works wherever audiences leave searchable, discussable signals. We have particular depth in Singapore and Malaysia, with experience across Thailand, Indonesia, and Australia-New Zealand.

We do not take engagements in regulated categories where we cannot verify claims independently — including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and financial products requiring MAS-licensed advice.

  • A standalone demand review takes one to two weeks from kickoff to delivered reading. Research-plus-plan projects run six to eight weeks including two months of managed execution. Retainer engagements are typically six to twelve months with quarterly demand recalibration built in. We do not lock clients into multi-year contracts — renewal is based on whether the reading process continues to add value.

  • We write creative briefs grounded in verbatim audience language and review creative against the demand hypothesis. We do not operate an in-house production studio — photography, video, and design are handled by partner studios or your existing suppliers. This keeps our focus on reading and planning rather than spreading across every marketing discipline at average quality.

  • Monthly reports tie performance back to the original demand hypothesis — not just channel metrics in isolation. We explain what shifted in the signal landscape, which segments over- or under-performed against intent clusters, and what we recommend for the next period. Reports are written in plain language with dashboards attached, not the other way around. Retainer clients also receive a quarterly recalibration document that updates the demand map.
